This will give you the inside scoop on David Cassidy's life in the 70's and 80's - not even close to what we all read in Tiger Beat!
I thought the book was a quick read, interesting and definately hard to put down. I'd rate it a 4 on a scale of 5. I do "regret" reading it however because my memory of my teen idol will forever be changed and I think it was better left unknown. Cassidy complains alot about royalties, relationship with his Father, studio Exec's etc. Whine, whine, whine - Poor David. While he tells us that he went through years of analysis to "get over" those years, it doesn't come across as if the therapy really helped until the last 5 pages or so and even then you are wondering...
Lot's of sex talk (and I'm not a blusher) that is very crude and present throughout the book - this is a memoir for adults only.
