The Quotable Slayer is a wonderful book for any fan of Buffy. It's got all the favorite quotes spanning over the entire seven season. It's broken down into easy to follow categories with the quotes displayed in the show's sequential order. It also gives which show it's from so you can go back to that particular show - either on tv or in your head - and remember the entire scene.

Even if you're relatively new to the world of Buffy, this is the perfect book to get caught up on the series. By the quotes used, it goes through the series without giving any of mysteries of the show away for those who haven't seen certain episodes or even seasons.

If you never pick up another book about Buffy the Vampire Slayer, this should be the one you read.

I was so excited when I got this book. Especially when I saw that it contained some of my favorite quotes from the show. Then I read a little closer. There are quite a few quotes that are either attributed to the wrong person or episode and there are no quotes from Glory, The Master, The Mayor and a few other baddies even though there is a big bad section. There are also no quotes from important eps like "The Gift" and there are precious few quotes from "Once More, With Feeling" arguably one of the best episodes of all time. I would have to agree with another reviewer that the Watcher's Guides are much better with the quotes, and may I relate that the final watcher's guide should be out sometime this summer. Considering the price of the book though,I guess you get what you pay for but still use discretion. I would recommend the Watcher's Guide heavily as better solution for your Buffy fix, even if it is more expensive.

This book is just so much fun. It has some of the best Buffy the Vampire Slayer quotes.
Well organized because it goes by characters and character status. Could have been more detailed by scenes. However, all , and all. Excellent keep sake.
