The advice in this book is very helpful, but only works if you keep to the advice. The exercises mentioned are easy for anyone to keep up with, whether young, old or in-between! This book is very helpful in improving mental health, as in the title, and also physical health. After following the relevant advice, I now feel much better both physically and mentally.
