Rating: 4.75/5 from 8 reviews good, but....Very interesting, but towards the end, after the creation of Israel, the writing slants towards the left. I would think that a "historical atlas" should be impartial, but there is a definite left-wing bias. OUSTANDING!This is as fine a single volume atlas of the Jewish people as I have ever seen. Vivid in both illustration and content. A MUST HAVE for anyone wanting an overview of the achievements and distasters that constitute the history of the Jews. What *doesn't* this book have?"The Historical Atlas of the Jewish People" is a wonderful reference book on the history of the Jews. It has beautiful photos and maps and any information you could possibly want on the historical and cultural background of Judaism.
