Rating: 4.55/5 from 11 reviews An excellent supplement to any contracts classI highly recommend this book to anyone in Contracts, it provides an excellent summary of the blackletter law, and the examples and explanations do a great job of testing your knowledge and embellishing it. Arizona State Law StudentThis study aid does an excellent job of explaining every contracts topic covered in the first year. It incorporates many diagrams and charts to help explain tricky concepts and also explains many main cases from the textbook. This book is so complete that it should be required reading. Not bad...butBlum has a tendency to be too wordy (ie. 30 pages on a subject, when 10-15 would have worked), especially when Blum doesn't take into consideration that most of these principles involve common sense. And now I appreciate Glannon's Torts and Civil Procedure hornbooks so much more. Glannon got to the point and gave frequent, relevant, excellent examples. Also, Blum gives good Examples to mull over, but lousy, meandering Explanations. | ||||||||||||||||||
