It is entertaining, well organized, and well written. It can be your secret weapon to be a better trial lawyer. I wish I had read it years ago, especially before I struck a jury last week in a criminal case involving the felony charge of obstructing a police officer. The book is a treasure trove. I met David Ball at a seminar in Toccoa, Georgia in March of 2003. He participated and gave helpful tips in a small group I was in. His book is almost conversational. I have purchased his other books on Damages and doing focus groups. I URGE ALL TRIAL LAWYERS TO READ THIS BOOK. It's one of those books that you'll reread (or should reread) before every trial. Thanks David Ball. A Necessary Tool for the Trial LawyerProfessor Ball uses his special skill in Theater Arts and perceptions of jury reaction to instruct the advocate in trial techniques.
