I saw this book being used in the ER at UVA Medical Center and had to have it. It has been a great learning tool for me. I would recomend anyone practicing emergency medicine to add this book to your library. Not only does it give clear instructions for performing procedures, it also provides relevant information about pathophysiology. Indication and contraindications are explained.
