This book may be the best text book I have come across in years. If you have the basis of engineering (or physics or maths) you barely need an instructor. The explainations are clear, and I haven't found any mistakes yet (if there are mistakes they will be few). Lots of nice problems with answers provided.
This book is excellent for whom desires to learn on which basis FEMs work (undergraduate and graduate).
