When I first listened to it, I laughed out loud...at Eckhart's humor, and more importantly because my mind was blown away by the concepts...after listening with great pleasure to this several times, and then to "The Power of Now," the life-changing concepts are sinking into practice and the quality of life for me and those around me has improved significantly.
This is the most important book/audio ever made. No exaggeration. You are not being responsible to yourself and those around you if you don't give it a try. Besides, it's fun.
