Ok, so, let's say a crazy new law has been passed, outlawing anyone from sleeping upon beds, matresses or couches.
Where will you sleep?
You can put many blankets in your bathtub and sleep in there,
or you can lay a cupboard n the floor and put blankets in there and sleep in it,
or you can sleep in your car,
or you can sleep on the cold hard ground,
or any oher place you wouldn't normally sleep in. Where will you sleep?

I will dig a warm, snug burrow in my yard -- not a damp, nasty hole with the ends of worms showing but a cozy Hobbit sort of hole with a fireplace, and sleep upon a soft, fragrant heap of warm, dry grass.

I will use a big hammer to knock out whoever pass this kind of laws and sleep on top of their unconcious body.

But the sort of person who would pass this mean law is probably not warm and soft and fluffy and fragrant. They are probably bony and cold and prickly and stinking of boiled cabbage. Are you sure you want to make of such a person your bed?

Do they snore? That would be yet another reason to stick with my warm burrow and not attempt to share sleeping space with an unconscious tyrant.

I'd keep a bed anyway. If sleeping comfortably at night is wrong I don't WANT to be right.

Hmm.... I'd probably make a room which had sheep lining the walls and floor and blue skies painted on the ceilings and then sheep on the sheep~

For now I'll make do with a bed, though. Which... I really need. I've been putting it off in the name of science (and trying to stay awake) tub now i'm going to go to a state of unconsciousness for about 7hours. *zzzzZZZZzzzz*
