I have recently moved from a city that is persistently cold, or at least cool, to a city that is lucky to get below 30 degrees. And this heat change has lead to a total loss of appetite. Currently I live on sushi, icecream, fruit salad and juice, which sounds healthy enough but I'm sure isn't really sufficient. Also, I only tend to eat one meal a day.
So is there anyone still lurking on this forum who can suggest a wider range of delicious food that won't make me feel overheated? Or any techniques to escape the chilled-food-only life I am currently leading? I have found eating late at night helps, but being hungry during the day is not so fun.
