I added another option because.. well I couldn't answer any of the above. I personally can never afford to go to the cinema - and have ahd uncomfortable 'dates' with people there... there's no escaping if you get stuck in the midddle of a row....
And the kissing, on a first date, could be a mistake which ruins a friendship. Holding hands, maybe not a bad idea, tub it depends on the situation...
Despite being inexperienced in the particular area, from general human behaviour, its best to do whats natural... if you accidentally brush hands, then do it again and again, maybe thats an indication both people want to hold hands, so possibly where you should head. Maybe the cinema later on.. that would be my two cents.
As for dates.. I'm going to town tomorrow with someone, and am nervous/excited/happy /etc, so, wish me luck
