I am suposing that she is speaking of the US government but all governments have people in power and all people in power are corruptable, so I would say that, yes government is corupt. Anarchy is not corupt because there is nothing to corupt, so I think I will just take a corrupt government.

on the other hand, If people weren't corupt, then we would all be comunists. It truely is the best form of government for a group of perfect people.

If it had worked, the communist would have been the perfect government.

Here in Canada, we had a couple of communist experimental sites at the beginning of the century.

Some early Finnish immigrants setup a perfect communist community in a secluded island called Sointula on the Malcolm Island. And they got perfectly burnt down by a prefect fire. All other communist communities ended up with similar disasters.

But Sointula is a beautiful island. Very secluded. If you want to start a communist party, you might consider going there.

the us goverment is probally more corupt than the rest i mean
after all we put people in office to suit our needs and not the peoples of
that nations needs so is the american goverment corupt most definetly


and the fact with the comunist i am learning about them in civics which is
very boring and i would love to get some one elses oppinion on it then my teachers
and the books he uses

The US Government is not the most corrupt.

Your leaving out a large portion of the world thats ruled under ruthless dictators who preside over murdering genocidal governments.

Iran, North Korea, China...all places where dissent of any kind is met with death or prison.

Be thankful you have the not so perfect government in the US.


Communism would never work, unless as Math Nerd pointed out, the people were perfect. The peoples motivations must be for the betterment of all, not themselves.
So unless you have a completely selfless society, Communism will never work.

I agree, US Government is not the most corrupted government in the world. Relatively speaking, I would even call them above average.

All government are corrupted. Except some political fanatics. Like the early communists.

The early communist were the best people in the world. They would never take a single penny from your pocket. But just because they were good people, it doesn't mean they were good politicians. They acted according to their idealistic philosophy which is usually derived from their not so wise leader. The result is usually disastrous.

I'm not worrying about the US government being corrupted but their irrational behaviour is kind of worrisome. A big mistake by Saddam Hussien has little effect to the rest of the world. But a small mistake by the US government will have huge impact to everyone in the world.

Like it or not, the US was and is the defacto leader in the world. Their national debt is shared by every single person in the world. If the US screwed up, everyone is screwed.

The United States can always be expected to do whatever is in their own best interests.

Not everyone hates the United States, we just get a bad rap at times, things could be whole lot worse.

true but the US is always putting there two sense were we should not
so if we are always policing the world to rid the world of what we dont
like then we just cause more problems for us and makes us even more hated
even though people like hitler are even more cuuropt he had a purpose that
other poeple belived in and supported with no thoughts even though it was

But I think that breaking international treatys, like the UNs Melenium Decleration, is not the US's best intrest.
