Actually, nil, I think that's exactly where I am at the moment...........just cruising along on top of a juggernaut aka my life and circumstances. Not really in control, hoping that the whale won't sneeze, but sort of relaxed enough to be taken wherever it will go.

No wonder this picture caught my eye!

Some where warm but not hot---away from all this blasted snow.first it snows then it warms up enough to melt and refreeze at night making everything a skating rink. Then it snows or rains and makes everything a real mess. Maybe we should be issued snowshoes or better yet SKATES!! but I'd fall and break my nose or toes or even leg or arm....Yes my toes!!!
My toes are permanently cold even with socks and slippers and a blanket over them. Even tried a heating pad but it made my feet cramp....

but who would choose them for me
and how could I choose them on my own?

I suspected as much when Mr Google told me to go away.

It is a lovely poem, and that you wrote it yourself makes you even more admirable in my eyes than you previously were....

At this moment in time I am indeed longing for solititude and by the ocean or deep in the countryside would both be ideal places to be. A well-behaved child is also currently longed for and, I have recently asked the question elsewhere about the perfect dinner party and cannot even begin to contemplate it myself.

You can see why it struck such a chord within me.
