I dont know about other states but getting a mass id is a paradox if you are over 18, all the things they need from you you need an id to get...isnt that weird?

that is rather odd
how is a respectable person supposed to get an ID that way?
unless you have a drivers lisence in which case it acts like an ID
but in Oregon you can get an ID with Items your parents should have ie your social security # or your birth certificate
