PC vs Mac

Which do you use, and why? And which do you think is superior and why? I know these debates tend to get heated, from my experience in other circles, so try not to get to emotionally involved in your choice!

I have a Mac, but only because Mr A bought it for me.

I can use either and am happy on both. :D

I use PC, only because I've been using it since my childhood. I think computer is only a tool, I neither hate nor like it. So PC and Mac is both fine. ...hmmm I guess I didn't heat up the debate very much :?

I really should have put a "Both" or "Either" option, and a "Neither"...

I have used a PC most of my life, but made the switch to Mac when I attempted a shift into graphic design... I find I prefer my Mac, but really, both have completely different applications!

I use a PC is mainly for its gaming applications. Other than that, I never use one. My Mac is perfect for graphics, watching DVD's, and all Internet use... I rest assured that I'll rarely get a virus because no one can be bothered rewriting code that will only affect 2% of the population. Being less prevalent has it's advantages...

So I am primarily a Mac user... And it's quite nice that so far the responses have been mostly both/either. I have been vilified in the past simply because of who made the box I connect to the Web on... Sad

Oh wait I have used mac once before this year
the schools used to have macs
but that was back in the old days
and there wasn't internet and the programs were a bit out of date
but there was one fun game but I can't remember what it was called
it was about a guy on in an alternate universe and there were puzzles to solve or something like that

but I learned on a pc before I could read
who needs to be able to read after all when they know the rules to the games and all the buttons to get to the games
