After you click the "register" button and spend 10 hours filling out the on line application form, you need to send me an email at webadmin @ hat.net (without the spaces). Specify your user ID in the subject field, say something funny ( or whatever you think is funny) in the email. Anyone other than spammers are welcome to register.
