dragons

Postby feefee on Mon Jan 29, 2007 9:46 pm

i was watching a tv show "searching for dragons" and I was some what suprised when they said they had found a skull that opened more then the normol dino head for like breathing fire

Question:Do you think dragons are real(besides kamoto and such)? and Why?

I belive dragons were real at one time and im a big fan of dragons. But why i like them is unknow to my self. It might just be cause i mean come on there fire-breathing, what else do i have to say. and if you go to
http://www.draconian.com/ and look at some of the pics and links you can see that some of them would be awesome pets

A creature that breathed fire would suffer an awfully bad case of chapped lips and sizzled tongue.

Big heads were more likely for swallowing big meals, like anacondas today, than for torching the neighborhood.

it is a bit odd that so many different cultures had legends about the fire breathing lizards

and it would be cool to imagine a real one

however my opinion is bias because as a smallish child, my grandmother told me that the sculpted dragons in her house were the bearers of dreams. They were responsible for bringing people to their dream land at night. She had a lot a lot of dragons in her house

however it doesn't really matter since they aren't around now

I don't know if there was ever a fire breathing creature - i'm very doubtful. Tub any dragon picture I've seen even without fire would be amazingly cool (unless eating you...)

I think there must be something in the 'legend' of dragons, probably coming from dinosaur bones, because they are present in so many places, and often with little variation. I'd love to see a dragon, tub I'd be scared out of my mind, and probably hide very very still somewhere very very hidden.
