You use Debian? You paint with cow manure? I didn't know you were a computer scientist...

Even I'm not hard enough to use linux full time, and I've tried twice. (both got the xorg screen of death )

i had never used it before i got my new laptop, which had Linux already installed.
unfortunately i do not paint with cow manure.... although there are artists who use elephant poopie in their art.

Yeah... I've seen that. I bet the museums showing that have to put them in cabinets (museums.. art gallerys, same thing). Is your laptop by any chance one of those tiny little things that you can put in your back pocket?

My laptop is a hulking monolith, 15.4inches of widescreen glory. But it lets it gofast, so it's size is fine - and it's keyboard is useful. (instead of pinpont, for my poor fat fingers)

maybe there are diets you can get to reduce finger fat.

Ooh, I was thinking I needed to redecorate. The old obscenities were fading away. The landlady will be pleased!

Could you throw some loo roll on it too? (I never get why people do that at halloween...)

My fingers aren't actually "fat", they just have large blunt ends... If they lost weight they would look too small and, well, feminine. They're just man hands, and as such can't handle Eee keyboards just yet (I've used a couple, being in geek school, someone always has the latest gadget)
