What do these things mean? They don't seem to make a differenece.

yeah I would like it if you could upload avatars because when we get a certain number of users there won't be enough avatars

Mines there, looksee! People are getting more and more personalised as we speak, and its spreading, its contagious personalisation!

If people don't have uploaded ones, its probably because its too much hassle
