Can HHGTTG be taken off the poll? Otherwise everyone will just vote for it...

And it's only smei sci-fi and well i think it would mees up waht you are trying to assatain.

maybe your right.
i was trying to include all aspects of sci-fi including comedy - hence the inclusion of RD. I'll see how it goes.

You should be able to edit your first post and do so. If not then I believe one of the police can edit them. And if all else fails a new thread is always a posssiblity.

I voted for a book/ book series. As I have said many times, my favorite sci-fi books are by anne mccaffery and terry brooks.

I like [url]Oryx and Crake[/url] and of course, all the HHGTTG series. It is sci-fi because it involve lots of sceintific facts .... (or what I thought as facts)

I read Terry Brooks' books when I can't find other things to read. His stories are not too original but it's never boring and always appealing.

I meant to vote for a book/series.. tub didn't...
I voted for HHGTTG out of habit.

I would have voted for REynolds Revelation books, as stated elsewhere.

I really enjoyed Asimov's robot books, but I still have to vote for HHGTTG because it is my favorite. But Asimov is a close second.
