Amendment to the Vision of this Board

This is a minor amendment to the vision of this board. The word "mentally insane" has been modified to "mentally inspired".
The reason is because our marketing department don't think "insane" is such a great word to recruit new membership and inspired kind of similar to insane in meaning anyway (they both start with "ins").
