that would make his maturity be equivelant to a three year olds
I some how get the feeling he's only slightly more mature

you are completely right but your age is not necessarily your maturity level
like you are not even close to 16 years old in maturity

(I got rid of the spare post)

I have not eaten many patients either  (maybe you meant patience)

I have some patience... I sometimes wish I had more (then maybe my mum would get snapped at less when she says 'do your homework' for the nth time. Actually I have very little. (patience. I have loads of homework)

Patience is also a card game also known as solitaire.

Migod. Concept me and a friend came up with: a place where the normal mode of transport is chariots drawn by hundreds of chihuahuas! I put this idea to my sibling creature and all it said was "Can you imagine the traffic jams?" which brought to mind piles of writhing chihuahuas so I suppose it isn't really a good idea.

On the other hand, chihuauas are frequently seen (in movies) being carried around in handbags. This is because chihuahuas are portable and nutricious - just right for breakfast, or a snack on the go! :D

What exactly is meant by the above statement I may never know.
